Savannah Lifestyle, a media organization with the aim of projecting the positives of Northern Ghana to the world is championing the Art and Fashion Awards to recognize and honor individuals and organizations who excel in Art and Fashion in the Savannah Zone. We believe that excellence should be celebrated, thus, the award scheme.

New Joint; June - Nkonko Yura ft. Nasir


Making Nice Music Group rapper who goes by the stage name - June - is out with another track titled "Nkonko Yura" (which translates; My Only Love) featuring his label mate - Nasir (one of the sound engineers of the record label, and an artist too).

The song "Nkonko Yura" is part of the mixtape Ep Album compilation by the MNMG (@mnmglable) rapper titled #LNS (Leader of the New Skul) which is scheduled to be released soon. Enjoy this classic music from the Northern Region, Tamale to be precise.

I WOULDN’T VOTE THIS YEAR SAY’S EL


This year’s election has engrossed celebrities from all corners of the country publicly proclaiming their support for the two main political parties. But the question remains… are all these celebrities registered voters or eligible to vote on December 7th.

Elom Adablah (born 28 June 1983), better known by his stage name EL confessed to Original Soundboy on Diamond City Jam how he will not be in Ghana during this years election because he failed to register as a voter the last time although he strongly support one of the two main parties in Ghana.

According to him, that is why he has not publicly announced his support.

The “koko” hit maker spoke about his one Ghana concert and Ghanaian politics and the need to maintain the current peace the country is enjoying.

ORIGINAL SOUNDBOY LAUNCHES HIS MUSIC MIX SERIES


Music... when well mixed calms the soul and induces the ear to mollify the heart, it can also command the bones in you to take a dance and ignite excitement around you.

Original Soundboy grew with music and trained by the best djs in Ghana and has worked with almost all the nightclubs in the northern region, he is currently the drive time host on Diamond 93.7fm.

As part of ensuring that, music lovers around the world enjoy his mixing dexterity, he has launched his music mix series that will be available for download and online streaming on www.original-soundboy.blogspot.com.

The music mix series will include R&B/HipHop, African and Jamaican Dancehall, Afropop, old School, highlife and more.

MZVEE REACTS TO KAAKI’S COLLABORATION REQUEST ON DIAMOND FM


Few months ago there was a feud between Kaaki and Mzvee as to who is the dancehall queen in Ghana lyrically.

The feud resulted in both camps lashing each other with beef songs; Kaaki later in an interview apologized and suggested collaboration with Mzvee.

After a long while, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda popularly know as Mzvee in an interview with Original Soundboy on Diamond City Jam reacted to Kaaki’s request.
